The award was voted for by 32,000 people from across the UK, making it one of the largest surveys of financial consumers in the country.

The bank also received Highly Commended awards for Best Branch Service, Best Contact Centre Service and Most Trusted Current Account.
The Customer Union passed its congratulations to all staff at the bank on these wins.
